How it grows
Members join directly or through someone who knows them.

A practitioner signs up on the network, fills in a profile and appears in search the same day.

Referred by a partner
A school or association invites its members. Each one carries the partner's verified badge and appears in the partner's own directory as well as the wider network.

Referred by a member
Every member gets a link to share with peers. People who join through it are credited to the member who invited them.
Partners and members see how many people they brought in and how many messages those people receive.
We plan to give referrers a share of future bookings.

Your directory shows the network filtered to your members, under your name. Your members also appear in the wider network, so people searching there find them with your badge.

What partners ask us
- Who owns the data, and can a partner export it?
- Members own their profiles and can edit them at any time. A partner's member list belongs to the partner, and we send it to you as a spreadsheet whenever you ask.
- Can it run on our own domain?
- Yes. Your directory can run on a subdomain you own, such as directory.yourschool.org, with your colours and logo.
- How much staff time does it take?
- Setup takes one call and your member list, and we handle the import. After that, approving a new member takes a minute or two.
- What does it cost?
- Free for practitioners. Partners are priced per organisation, and we start with a pilot.
- How are members' contact details protected?
- Seekers write to a practitioner through a message form on the profile, and the message arrives in the practitioner's inbox. Email addresses stay off profiles and search results.
